    一、个人简介

    郝志强,男,博士,商洛学院生物医药与食品工程学院讲师。主要研究方向为生物信息学和功能基因组学,参与发表多

    SCI研究论文,参与国家自然科学基金项目一项。在教学方面主要从事本科生《酶工程》《基因工程实验》、《酶工程

    实验》等课程的教学工作。

     

    二、研究领域

    1. lncRNA等非编码RNA的识别及功能研究。主要在动植中利用生物信息学手段进行lncRNAs识别工具开发,利用生物网络  等多种方法分析非编码RNA潜在功能。

    2. 地下鼠对地下低氧环境适应的研究。利用高通量组学数据挖掘地下鼠低氧适应关键基因、生物过程、通路等。
